A minimum Administrative Assistant certificate and/or diploma or its equivalency.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of related experience in supporting a dynamic project environment. Essential that this role understand the position will have a detailed understanding of the AHS clinical environment with intimate knowledge and expertise of the complexities when working with Provincial Programs, Operations Programs, and other programs such as HPSP, Clinical Support Services, etc. Expert skills in the complete Microsoft Office 2010 Suite, Skype for Business, SharePoint, advanced electronic mail management and enterprise file management tools. Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills. Capable of working independently and under the time constraints of a team environment. Able to work well in change filled environment and adapt to new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:Administrative Assistant certificate and/or diploma or its equivalency.
