Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Post-secondary diploma in Business or Supply Management. Minimum 3 years of Oracle experience. Experience in healthcare inventory control, shipping or receiving. Proficient in MS Office applications including email, Word, and Excel with a high proficiency in data analysis. Must be proficient in qualitative and quantitative evaluation of purchasing history. Proven time management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate in English clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff, management, and suppliers. Must be thorough and accurate with excellent attention to detail. Requirement to follow and adhere to established policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of a 4-year post-secondary degree (Bachelor's and/or Masters) with a focus on Supply Chain Management. Demonstrated understanding of purchasing fundamentals including Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) through enrollment or completion of a supply chain management designation (e.g., SCMP). Experience in EPIC and/or Meditech. A combination of both education and experience will also be considered.
