Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Intermediate understanding of purchasing fundamentals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Keyboarding skills with a minimum of 30 words per minute. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and communicate fluently in the English Language. Effective organizational skills, ability to prioritize, accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrates the ability to problem solve quickly and accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of related post-secondary education in Business or Supply Chain Management. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Preference is provided to candidates who have completed courses in relevant areas of study and obtained associated certifications. Oracle purchasing or other ERP system experience. A minimum of three years in business and/or supply.
