Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in healthcare profession required. Applicants with equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. A minimum of 5 years recent Critical Care clinical experience required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Proven ability to foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders required. Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation required. Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills required. Practical experience in quality improvement, change management, implementation science, knowledge translation and/ or implementation of evidence-based practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in health care, business administration, or related field. Current registration with a health professional association preferred. Certificate in Critical Care an asset. Experience in performance measurement, and audit and feedback using the six dimension of Alberta's Health Quality Matrix.
