Post-Secondary Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Environmental Management students.
Additional Required Qualifications:Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced software competency, like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio) and Adobe Professional. Proven ability in problem solving, issue resolution, investigation and negotiation. Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment. Ability to work with a high-level of independence. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills and commitment to providing quality service. Experience and expertise in facilitating presentations to convey information or transfer/knowledge. Valid AB Driver’s license is required as there will be travel as part of the position. Some overnight travel may be part of the position, must be able to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:1st to 4th year undergrad students are preferred. Access to their vehicle an asset, but not mandatory (as long as they have a DL and can use rental vehicles). Experience in a health care related role or related industry is an asset. Experience in Waste Management within health care or a related industry also an asset.
