Required Qualifications:

A health-related or policy-related degree is required or a combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience in a policy support role, preferably in healthcare and ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is required. High level skill in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Skype, and SharePoint.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of clinical areas, groups and professions and the process that supports changing clinical practice. Project management skills. Change Management. Engagement Experience (IAP2).


Preferred Qualifications:

Additional relevant policy development and implementation education, training or certifications (for example Project Management, Change Management, Process Improvement). An active practice permit with the regulatory College of a health profession in Alberta is preferred. Extensive knowledge of the health system and leading/best practices preferred. Facilitation and/or coordination experience in project planning, execution reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
