Familiarity with medical staff bylaws/rules, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to recognize political and cultural sensitivities of diverse stakeholders, experience in change management, working knowledge of AHS systems and processes (including physician appointment and privileging processes), familiarity with CPSA, experience with risk analysis. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access), previous experience in recruitment or medical affairs, familiarity with immigration legislation and policies. Related post-secondary degree or diploma and minimum two years related experience. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.
