Completion of master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program or bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program and related experience. Active or eligible registration and practice permit with Physiotherapy Alberta College + Association.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of three (3) years current (within the last 5 years) experience working with adults and/or older adults with rehabilitation needs required. Minimum two (2) years’ experience working in an outpatient environment required. Demonstrated experience in case management and service evaluation activities. Must have a general understanding of population specific disability causation, risk factor management, medical complications and rehabilitation concerns. Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills - both written and oral, and have experience working in a team environment. Must be able to sit, talk on phone, and use the computer for long durations. Must be able to mobilize throughout the hospital.
Preferred Qualifications:Specific knowledge of the Glenrose services and relevant community services is an asset. Connect Care training is preferred.
