Completion of a CCAPP-accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) as a Pharmacy Technician.
Additional Required Qualifications:To ensure your skills and qualifications are considered please attach a resume and cover letter with your application. Applications without these attachments may not be considered. Hazardous sterile compounding skills including current certification status is highly desired. Authorized chemotherapy checking status will also be viewed favorably.
Preferred Qualifications:6 months or more recent experience in a retail Pharmacy setting and/or sterile compounding experience. Membership and involvement in Pharmacy professional organization(s) such as CAPHO, PTSA, CAPT, ACP, CSHP and PEBC. Patient focus is a must, including a willingness to interact with patients on a daily basis.
