Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of a recognized pharmacy residency program or equivalent hospital experience. Additional prescribing authorization (APA) from the Alberta College of Pharmacy.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent oncology pharmacy experience and/or clinical multidisciplinary patient care experience. Ability to use evidence based medicine in direct patient care. Motivated and self-directed for ongoing continuing competence. Active membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP) or Canadian Association of Pharmacy in Oncology (CAPhO). Experience with Connect Care and Windows-based computer applications.
