Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
Additional Required Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in either: Direct provision of healthcare in a clinical role, or Directly working with practicing clinicians in an informatics capacity, with a strong working knowledge and intimate understanding of healthcare delivery. Current/recent work experience as a pharmacist in Alberta Health Services and/or equivalent is required. Previous experience with pharmacy clinical information system support as a SMORE, Willow CT/Senior Trainer, Pharmacy CKL, Willow Analyst/App Lead or Pharmacy Connect Care Implementation Lead is required. Project lead experience with demonstrated ability to positively promote the change process and interface with key partners to discuss issues and work towards resolution is required. Proficiency with technology including MS Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Visio, Powerpoint & Teams.
Preferred Qualifications:Epic certification/accreditation/proficiency. Prosci Certification. Ability to extrapolate knowledge and apply a provincial view based on experience in different pharmacy settings. Ability to work in a virtual team environment to build and maintain positive working relationships. Ability to lead complex discussions and negotiate solutions. Strong time management skills. Strong communication. Self-motivated.
