Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Fluency in the English language (both written and verbal). Computer literacy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced Prescribing Authorization (APA) designation. Current and ongoing direct patient care experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent experience leading/managing a healthcare team. Training/experience in Change Management and/or Quality Improvement processes. Recent experience serving as a preceptor to Pharmacy learners. Recent experience within Pharmacy dispensary operations. Recent experience with Connect Care/Willow Ambulatory EMR software (Epic). Clinical experience with HIV care and/or Infectious Diseases.
