Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA) from the Alberta College of Pharmacy is required. New Pharmacy graduates, licensed with ACP in 2023, have 1 year effective their original AHS hire date, to achieve APA status.

Preferred Qualifications:

Current pharmacy experience in an acute hospital/direct patient care setting providing comprehensive medication management services considered an asset. Connect Care/EPIC software experience also an asset.
