Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Current CPR. Reliable vehicle for work purposes. Experience dealing with all entire age spectrum including seniors. 3+ years experience leading HCAs including performance coaching & assessment. Experience in Home Care. Experience educating staff.
Preferred Qualifications:Supportive Pathways/P.I.E.C.E.S course. NVCI course. It’s Your Move course. Medication Assistance Program (MAP). Leadership courses.
