Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft, Taleo or other HCM products. University degree in Business, BA Certification, Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules including Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, Payroll for North America, Payroll Accounting, Pension Administration, Self Service and Integration. Experience in requirement gathering, troubleshooting, analyzing workflow/data and system configuration. Experience developing business or functional requirements for PeopleSoft application, including providing design ideas for new functionality and documenting functional specification. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple levels within the organization. Experience working independently or as part of a team with end users in a production support environment. Able to learn new HCM concepts and demonstrates strong problem solving. Demonstrated analytical approach to problem solving, decision making and critical thinking.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Understanding of the interaction between PeopleSoft modules. Strong client focus and commitment to providing high quality services. Developing functional, application and process strategies, solutions and plans. Developing test strategies, planning and executing test phases. Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and organize work, meet frequent, multiple and conflicting deadlines Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to analyze customer requirements in a fast-paced environment. Ability to use advanced Excel skills to summarize data extracted through the system using query tool.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a large, complex and unionized HR/Payroll. Experience working in a shared services environment.
