Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer sciences or a healthcare related field, or approved Health Information Management Professional (HIM) diploma. Medical terminology. Computer knowledge and proficiency related to databases, word processing, spreadsheets and statistical analysis software required. Report creation and production experience including proven ability in data retrieval, interpretation and presentation of quantitative and qualitative clinical data. Proficiency in adult education and instruction.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience in working collaboratively with multiple types and all levels of stakeholders. Demonstrated advanced interpersonal skills and ability to work with others effectively in teams. Evidence of strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management. Experience in working with confidential and sensitive information.


Preferred Qualifications:

Two years’ experience in a health care environment. Customer support, troubleshooting and problem solving experience.
