Completion of bachelor's degree in Nursing with active registration with CRNA or Licensed Practical Nurse with active registration with CLPNA. 5 Years minimum experience working in Acute Care or operations facility 5 Years registration with a health profession body.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Effective communicator with proven ability to network and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Proficient in using Microsoft office suite including Teams. Strong communication skills – verbal, written and virtual in a variety of settings. Experience in implementing and sustaining new programs. Demonstrates ability to develop effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Exhibits proficiency in time management and prioritization skills. Strong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills. Strong clinical skills and experience with bed management and patient flow processes. Effective leadership abilities combined with a strong commitment to operating within the team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire other to achieve common goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate diploma or degree related to health sciences but will consider a combination of education and experience. Experience with Meditech, Connect Care, Netcare, Tableau and other health care information management systems as well as bed capacity and patient flow management.
