Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program and related experience. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must have effective problem-solving, planning, analytical thinking and organizational skills as well as strong interpersonal, teaching and communication (verbal and written) skills. Minimum of five years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting working within interdisciplinary teams with children, adults or older adults with complex/tertiary rehabilitation needs is required. Experience in a position with responsibility for leadership or coordination of teams or programs. Must be able demonstrate resilience in the face of an ever-changing health care landscape and corresponding shifts in project priorities. Responsible to provide proof of active registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT) and to maintain registration throughout the duration of employment. The successful candidate must be capable of performing the physical activities associated with mentoring and modelling with therapy staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

Competence with EMR/Connect Care and the Microsoft suite of computer programs. Working knowledge and experience with the National Implementation Research Network's Implementation Science frameworks and tools, and the ADKAR change management model.
