Completion of master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program or bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program and related experience. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).
Additional Required Qualifications:Ability to create partnerships and relationships with clients, families and coworkers that will lead to the best client outcomes and enhance quality of life. Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required. Licensed by the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT). Basic Life Support – Health Care Provider Level C.
Preferred Qualifications:Alberta Aides to Daily Living (AADL) Authorizer status preferred. Clinical experience in a variety of health care settings, but specific experience in the management of Dementia Syndrome will be preferred.
