Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program. Registered with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated knowledge of occupational therapy and techniques suitable for pediatric population, with 2-5 years' experience in a community setting supporting children and families, ages 0-5 years. Experience providing a variety of service options from parent education, coaching, universal interventions to the delivery of direct individualized intervention. Experience providing eating, feeding and swallowing support for infants and children. Time management and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to function effectively within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. Self-directed and independent decision making, sound clinical judgment and critical thinking skills. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of interdisciplinary team environments. Creative, innovative, solutions focused to manage complexity. Experience with program development.
