Registered with the College of Dietitians of Alberta or equivalent dietitian college. A minimum of a Baccalaureate degree and completion of an accredited Dietetic Internship. A minimum of 5 years of nutrition/healthcare experience Demonstrated leadership development and activities A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development Proficient use of computers for database, word processing and spreadsheet applications..
Additional Required Qualifications:
The incumbent will possess a record of accomplishment in the following areas: focus on patient and family centered care; effective communication with individuals, groups, and internal and external stakeholders that encourages an open exchange of information and ideas; ability to facilitate collaboration and cooperation to achieve results; comfort and ability with decision making responsibilities; engaging, coaching and fostering development of others; ability to identify, establish and communicate clear and meaningful expectations and outcomes; organizational skills that support handling multiple priorities; and ability to manage change and implement innovative solutions for diverse issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership and/or management experience in healthcare operations preferred. Knowledge and experience with patient care information system(s) preferred.
