Registration with CRNA on the Nurse Practitioner Registrar including Provisional Graduate Nurse Practitioner licensure. Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program and a minimum of Master’s degree academic preparation. Successful completion of a Baccalaureate of Nursing degree and minimum required hours of RN practice.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Participate in and maintain additional education and/or certifications specific to area of practice. Complete AHS Annual Requirements (as per MyLearningLink) and basic healthcare provider CPR.
