Graduation from a recognized Nursing education program. A Master Degree in Nursing with a focus on Advanced Clinical Practice. Must have current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) in the NP adult stream with current experience. A minimum of 5 full time years of related experience as a Registered Nurse, as well as current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification and ACLS are required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Recent experience working in an Emergency/Acute Care setting. Computer literacy skills mandatory (ie. Connect Care, NetCare, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
NP in an acute care setting, preferably Critical Care.
