Successful completion of an approved NP program at a minimum of a Master of Nursing level or equivalent. Registration with CRNE as a NP. Willingness to complete additional education and/or certifications specific to area of practice.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Recent clinical experience in area of practice. Meet requirements for education and/or preceptorship for the category of prescribing of Suboxone® and methadone applicable to their practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years nursing experience in an Opiate Dependency Treatment program, Supervised Consumption Site, or other relevant Addiction and Mental Health setting within the last 5 years is preferred. Strong ability to create and manage complex care plans. Computer proficiency preferred. Experience providing support to vulnerable clients preferred.
