Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to function effectively within a dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to work in a stressful environment. Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills. Functional understanding of CoACT process. Basic computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:Compliance with the AHS Hand Hygiene policies.
