Completion of diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years working in CT, IR, or Cath Lab in a trauma center. CAMRT courses CT 1, 2, 3 are completed or in progress. Proficient in Microsoft office applications, VAX, NetCare, PAC. Demonstrated excellent skills in interpersonal, written/oral communication with multi disciplinary teams and exhibits respect and professionalism at all times. Proven judgment and decision-making skill, works efficiently with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with interventional procedures, sterile technique, manages well during stressful and emergent cases. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Able to provide excellent care and service to patients.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with a variety of equipment. Connect Care knowledge.
