Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

CT Experience. N95 Fit Test. Completion of It’s Your Move training. Connect Care training.

Preferred Qualifications:

CTIC. ACMDTT enhanced practice; Venipuncture & Central Venous Access Device (CVAD) certification. Good organizational skills, ability to assume responsibility, work independently, promote good teamwork and work under pressure in emergent situations. Good interpersonal/communication with tact /courtesy in dealing with patients, staff and physicians. Perception, initiative, good judgement/attention to detail. Practices radiation protection, infection control and safety techniques.
