Required Qualifications:

2 years post-secondary education in Law Enforcement, Social Studies, or Security Asset protection. Minimum 4 years supervisory or management experience.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Proven multi-tasking and effective decision making abilities in a fast paced, stressful environment. Effective communicator with strong public speaking capabilities. Organizational skills, ability to effectively gain commitment from others, client focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Demonstrated ability to manage change. Strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent analytical and critical decision-making skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare experience. Management experience in a security related field. Financial and/or Budgeting experience. Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator designation, Certified Protection Professional Security Management Certificate or equivalent.
