2 years post-secondary education in Law Enforcement, Social Studies, or Security & Asset protection. Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator designation. Certified Protection Professional. Security Management Certificate. A minimum of two (2) years in an operational role, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Equivalent education and experience considered.
