A bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline. Current registration and membership in good standing with a professional college. 3-5 years management experience in health care. Equivalencies of education and experience will be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate for this position will have demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability and comfort with decision-making responsibilities including ability to rapidly process and comprehend detailed information, consider the implications and consequences of new facts and make decisions. Skilled in leading strategic initiatives and managing change to drive positive outcomes. Capable of influencing, negotiating, and resolving complex situations. Demonstrated effectiveness in communicating with diverse audiences and building partnerships with key stakeholders to achieve program goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diverse human, financial and physical resources within the Operative Services portfolio. They will require excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills including ability to be articulate, concise, compelling and diplomatic.
Preferred Qualifications:
An understanding of workflow in an operative and surgical environment is preferred. Connect Care knowledge and experience are preferred.
