Degree from an accredit college or University in Human Resources or related discipline and/or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a Shared Services organization, preferably Human Resources and/or working in a large, complex unionized HR/Payroll organization. Equivalent combinations of education and experience demonstrated by progressively more responsible roles or positions.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Effective verbal and written communicator with strong organizational skills, client focused orientation and commitment to providing responsive, quality services. Proven ability to foster partnerships/build solid relationships to achieve organizational goals within a diverse organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems (PeopleSoft preferred).
