Required Qualifications:

Nursing or Health Care related Bachelor Degree required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Incumbent will demonstrate a clear pattern of professional and personal development and have a proven track record of success in health leadership. Strong communication skills, effective quality improvement, advanced Human Resources experience required. The successful candidate will be familiar with provincial legislation.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Healthcare or Business preferred. Experience in leading nursing/healthcare teams and providing innovative solutions to complex system issues. Proven coaching skills that support team members to reach their full potential. An ability to work hard, have fun and contribute to a dynamic, successful healthcare team.
