Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related health services field. Education in management and a graduate degree is desired. 5 years of recent direct care in the mental health and addictions fields in progressively responsible positions within inpatient and community mental health.


Additional Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of supervisory/management experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

Change management knowledge. Financial management. Knowledge and expertise in people management and working in a public health system. Project management. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Discretion and understanding of managing/handling sensitive issues. Professional qualified knowledge and skills of addictions and mental health and evidenced based practices.
