A minimum of 3 years IT customer service experience in a large health care organization is required. Previous management experience in a moderately complex environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Previous process improvement background and education are desirable. Positive attitude and an adaptable approach to problem solving is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in health care or business-related discipline preferred but will consider equivalent experience. Strong change management background is an asset; ITIL foundations certification. Knowledge of IT-deskside processes and requirements is an asset. Demonstrated Leadership skills in a previous role preferred.
