Baccalaureate Degree in a health care discipline or other related degree. Active registration with professional licensing body. Minimum of 5 years tertiary care experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within the last 5 years. Proficiency using the following Microsoft Office Programs- Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Calendar. Valid driver’s License and access to a reliable motor vehicle from day-to-day travel. A demonstrated clear pattern of personal and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:Pediatric experience. Master’s degree in business administration or health. Knowledge of change management, conflict resolution and quality improvement framework. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience managing in a unionized environment.
