Degree in a health-related field (e.g., Bachelor's in Public Health, Population Health Management, Community Health Sciences, Population Health, or Health Promotion). A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in population and public health. A minimum of 3 years in a leadership and program planning role, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated management in leading teams to develop and implement population and public health interventions that take an upstream approach. Demonstrated leadership in health equity, evaluation, monitoring, performance management monitoring systems, and quality improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a health-related field (e.g., Master's in Public Health, Population Health Management, Community Health Sciences, Population Health, or Health Promotion). Leadership experience in population and public health preferred.
