A minimum of bachelor’s degree in health information management or other healthcare-related business degree. A minimum of 5 years in a Health Informatics/Health Information Management role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity required. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate of a Health Information Program recognized by the Canadian Health Information Management/Canadian College of Health Information Management with current credential status. Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others.
