Required Qualifications:

A min of an undergrad degree in a health sciences or related field. Ten years of varied professional experience that includes at least 2 years of leadership experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Demonstrated success in managing projects, programs, and people. Demonstrated progressive pattern of professional & personal development. Comfortable working & communicating with patient and family advisors, physicians, nurses, allied health, senior leadership, & other stakeholders. Experience in managing complex issues & working toward collaborative resolution. Experience initiating & fostering positive relationships and partnerships with key internal & external stakeholders. Ability to work independently with guidance in only the most complex situations. Experience in resource management including planning and budget responsibility. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight timelines. Experience in managing in a cross-functional team environment with skill in managing several teams at once. Effective communicator with positive influential skills that support an orientation to patient & family-centered care & commitment to providing quality services.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated knowledge in change, project management, and process/quality improvement methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications:

A graduate degree in a health care discipline, health care management, business administration or related field. Diverse healthcare leadership experience. Successful leadership experience in project management including project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation. Demonstrated knowledge in research methodologies. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.
