Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent. Possession of a valid driver's licence.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a commercial building or hospital setting performing grounds tasks. Must have 3 years' experience using commercial lawn care equipment (tractor and weed trimmer, lawn mower etc.). Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Must have basic computer skills using a Windows operating system. Must be able to work in hot and cold/rain and snow work environments. Must be physically fit and be able to regularly lift 20kg to waist height daily. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or GED equivalent.
