Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent. Possession of a valid driver's licence.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be creative, adaptable and must possess good practical knowledge and well developed analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing. Must be able to communicate with coworkers, staff and clientele in a respectful and courteous manner at all times. Demonstrates CARES values at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:Able to use required equipment and tools related to maintenance repair. Able to work with minimal supervision. Mechanically inclined. Organize workloads and ensure duties are completed in a timely manner. Utilize personal safety equipment when required.
