Must hold a journeyman trade certificate or technical degree associated to building structures. Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and building operations in a hospital setting or facility of similar size and complexity. Knowledge and familiarity of computerized maintenance management systems. Proficient at carrying out preventative maintenance programs. Experience in managing in a unionized environment.
