Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Six months experience as a Nurse Navigator. Completion of an accredited OR technician program with three years of experience in the OR. Ability to perform consistently in a highly organized, rapidly moving, complex environment. Ability to work efficiently, independently, and able to collaborate within the expectations of a highly integrated team. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player. Must possess strong prioritization and critical thinking skills. Must be flexible to daily needs or the OR/day surgery/surgical programming and be willing to flex where required.
