Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:CLPNA registration required and expected to be maintained through your employment. BCLS - HCP level required and expected to be maintained through your employment. Previous Arthroplasty experience required. Demonstrated excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and priority setting skills required. Demonstrated reliability required. Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Basic computer skills are required. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Connect Care preferred. Experience with ESP preferred. Experience with Nurse Call Responder 5 preferred. Experience with VernaCare System preferred. Direct IV, PICC, care of spinal anesthesia patients experiences preferred.
