Required Qualifications:

Practicing Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta. Experience with litigation, labour, employment, human rights and privacy matters in a unionized environment. Excellent advocacy skills with proven ability to represent clients in court and administrative tribunals.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong commitment to operating within a team environment and ability to work with others to achieve common goals. Superior communication skills with strong organizational and influential skills, client-focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Motivated self-starter and eager to learn.


Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and the Health Information Act would be an asset. Experience working in-house would be an asset. Experience working in the public sector would be an asset.
