Baccalaureate in a health sciences discipline or a combination of education and experience is required. Five (5) year experience in Simulation and Process Improvement work. Training and experience in the delivery of adult learning programs such as ACLS, PALS, ATLS required (experience in non-clinical adult education may be considered as equivalent).
Additional Required Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) year experience in Simulation and Process Improvement work. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Experience in Simulation and Process Improvement Education delivery Experience in the provision of clinical education A minimum of five (5) year experience in Simulation and Process Improvement work. Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated working knowledge, experience and/or certification in patient safety, change leadership and innovation. Experience in curriculum design, development, and implementation. Ongoing involvement in active clinical work across continuum of care. Conducting research and publication of results. Experience in leadership of highly functional teams. Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and influence partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
