Lead - Provincial Solution Centre

Description:
The Provincial Solution Centre Lead reports directly to the Director of Provincial Solution Centre & Provincial Clinical Systems User Support. The advanced and complex nature of the operations of the Provincial Solution Centre requires this role to have an in-depth knowledge in disciplines related to Connect Care and Patient Care Information Systems; knowledge management, process and change management. Provides leadership and guidance to the team by delegating work, tracking progress and reporting. Experience in managing and leading teams is critical for this role. Responsible to create and execute project and operational work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions and recommends best practice. A Leader in change processes; creates methodology, standards, and policies - owns process and implementation plans. Engages with Provincial Solution Centre analysts and other stakeholders to develop knowledge management documentation and in house training sessions. On call rotation and represents the Provincial Solution Centre on all Major Incidents and available after business hours for shift resource allocation.

Degree in Health or Technology. Managed or led teams with subject matter expertise. Strong written and verbal skills.
