The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in accounting, business, or finance, and holds a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. At least 10 years’ senior management experience in financial management is required. Additionally, the successful candidate has led corporate services portfolios and has experience providing strategic financial advice to executive leadership teams. A combination of relevant skills and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
In addition, the successful candidate will have: Experience developing organization strategy and planning. Experience leading strategic initiatives and managing change to achieve positive results. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including comfort with decision-making and exercising sound judgement. Proven ability to foster partnerships to achieve organizational goals. Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences, including interpersonal and public relations skills. Ability to influence, negotiate, and mediate resolutions to complex situations. Demonstrated ability to model innovation and creativity. A proven record of engaging in ethical conduct.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous healthcare experience or experience in an organization of comparable size, complexity and diversity is an asset.
