Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate possesses a bachelor’s degree at a minimum in accounting, business, finance, supply chain management, facilities management, capital management, or a related discipline. Where the bachelor’s degree is not in supply chain management, facilities management, or capital management, a relevant certificate or diploma in one or more of these areas is required. Equivalent experience may be considered. A minimum of ten years senior management experience, preferrable in a health care environment is required for this position. Experience in contracting, procurement, or supply chain management required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

The Corporate Shared Services Executive Lead possesses a demonstrated ability to develop organization strategy and planning, as well as the ability to develop and foster strategic relationships to support service delivery. Along with the ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage change to achieve positive results, the successful candidate demonstrates leadership abilities, including comfort with decision-making and exercising sound judgement. The Corporate Shared Services Executive Lead possesses an ability to influence, negotiate, and mediate resolutions to complex situations, and skillfully communicates effectively with a wide variety of audiences, including interpersonal and public relations skills. The successful candidate fosters partnerships to achieve organizational goals, models innovation and creativity, and has a proven record of engaging in ethical conduct.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master`s Degree preferred. Professional certification (SCMP, CCHFM, CFM, FMA , or CPA) is a strong asset.
