Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in IT Networking. Cisco CCNA certification. Minimum 5 years of work-related experience in a large/complex enterprise IT environment. Alberta driver’s license with the ability to travel within Alberta. Ability to work in a 24/ 7 on-call rotation. Demonstrate expert level knowledge of Networking, specifically Cisco routing, switching and wireless.


Additional Required Qualifications:

IT Service Management/ITIL knowledge or certification. Effective communication and organizational skills. Ability to provide leadership to junior staff. The ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to change. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem investigations. Experience in Health Care.


Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Ekahau Wireless Survey tools, Infoblox IP management and Solarwinds Monitoring technologies is preferred.
