Completion of certificate in Computer Support or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent demands. Must have related IT customer service experience within the last 5 years and be proficient using MS Office Suite and Outlook. Experience with ServiceNow is required. Must have strong cognitive, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a dedicated commitment to customer service. Must be able to demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in creating standardized documentation is essential. Must have ability to set and meet personal deadlines and adapt to changes in priority. Must have ability to work in a team environment and experience in coordinating teams.
Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge or experience with application management lifecycle processes is an asset. MS Visio proficiency is an asset. Experience with other ITSM tools is an asset. Related one year certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution preferred. Experience in a healthcare environment is an asset. Experience working with technology is an asset. Ideal candidate is self-motivated, and able to operate with limited supervision.
